O presente relatório refere-se ao estágio realizado na empresa de Arqueologia Neoépica, Lda., no âmbito da componente não-lectiva de Mestrado em Arqueologia na FCSH-UNL. Este teve como principal objectivo a consolidação e desenvolvimento de conhecimentos a nível de metodologias de trabalho no que se refere às práticas em campo e posteriormente em gabinete. A realização do respectivo relatório pressupôs um maior entendimento das actuações arqueológicas através de um genérico enquadramento legislativo e metodológico de cada actividade realizada no decorrer do estágio.
Procedeu-se igualmente a uma sucinta referenciação de algumas questões, quando oportunas, acerca da evolução e fragilidades dos referidos enquadramentos, as quais caracterizam, de um modo geral, a actual prática arqueológica em meio urbano. Procurou-se, deste modo, não só e primeiramente a apresentação e descrição das diversas actividades desenvolvidas ao longo da componente não-lectiva como também uma sucinta contextualização e maior percepção do estado actual e das formas de actuação a nível de mercado de trabalho e da prática arqueológica propriamente dita, através da realização de uma pesquisa bibliográfica nas referidas temáticas.
A partir da realização deste estágio procurou-se igualmente a experenciação pessoal de uma diferente prática arqueológica da realizada até então. Esta foi desenvolvida maioritariamente em meio urbano, nomeadamente na cidade Lisboa, num âmbito de acção preventiva por meio empresarial.
The following report is the result of the internship at the Archaeology company Neoépica, Lda., according to the non-teaching component of the Archaeology master's degree at FCSH-UNL. This internship and its report had as its main goal the consolidation and development of knowledge about working methodology towards field practice and the information analysis that follows it, as regarding to the doctrinaire work from a general legislative and methodological framework of each activity performed during the internship. When relevant, some issues will also be appointed about the progress and vulnerabilities of this subjects which, in general, currently characterize Urban Archaeology practice. It seeks not only the presentation and description of several activities performed during the non-teaching component as well as a brief contextualization and further understanding of the current state and procedure methods when it comes to the labor market and on the archaeological practice itself, supported by a bibliographic research. The development of this internship also intended to archive a new and different personal experience on a dissimilar archaeological practice from the performed until then, that took place in an urban environment, specifically in Lisbon, on preventive archaeology in an enterprise context.
