Este estudo é resultado de um trabalho durante três meses, entre o dia 2 de
novembro 2015 e o dia 1 de fevereiro de 2016, na redação do jornal Expresso Online.
Desta forma, o objetivo primordial do presente relatório é perceber o impacto que as
redes sociais assumem na imprensa online, através de um estudo de caso sobre a análise
das notícias publicadas no jornal Expresso durante o período 13 de novembro de 2015 a
15 de novembro de 2015. O período em questão refere-se aos atentados de Paris, em
que a cobertura realizada pelo jornal permitiu que alcançasse números significativos de
visualizações, sendo a maior parte delas através das redes sociais.
This study is the outcome of a three-month work, developed between November 2nd 2015 and February 1st 2016, in the newspaper office of Online Expresso. Thus, the primary goal of this report is to understand the impact that social networks play in online press, through a case study on the analysis of the news published in Expresso newspaper during November 13th to November 15th 2015. This period refers to the Paris attacks, in which the newspaper coverage allowed it to reach significant number of views, most of them through social networks
