This thesis investigates the Return on Investment (ROI) of a technical training program at Bank
X, employing Phillips’ ROI methodology. The study evaluates the program’s effectiveness in
enhancing employee skills, fostering behavioral changes, and improving organizational
performance. Data was collected across multiple evaluation levels, including satisfaction,
knowledge transfer, and business impact, to ensure a comprehensive analysis. The findings
highlight measurable benefits in knowledge transfer and operational outcomes, emphasizing
the importance of ROI analysis as a strategic tool for optimizing Learning & Development
investments and supporting organizational growth.
