Resumo(s)
In an international development sector with boundaries increasingly blurred, consulting firms
must respond to shifts in Official Development Assistance (ODA) and adapt to new emerging
trends. This paper explores how CESO Development Consultants can reinvent its business
model and go-to-market strategy to react to these changes. By using a qualitative research
approach, including semi-structured interviews with key industry stakeholders, the study
combines market analysis with CESO’s internal capabilities to identify new opportunities and
rising challenges. The findings provide a strategic plan for CESO to adjust its value proposition,
strengthen its competitiveness and achieve long-term growth in an evolving landscape
