This dissertation comprises of an analysis of the performance of Proxima, a fictitious
automotive manufacturing company, during the Business in Practice business simulation.
Relying on relevant frameworks, academic literature and simulation data, the analysis focuses
on the functions of Strategy, Operations and Finance and how interdependent they are on one
another. Furthermore, a personal reflection will be made on two critical incidents, where the
topics of communication and time management will be explored, detailing their effect on team
dynamics.
