Resumo(s)
Companies impact and are directly impacted by its stakeholders, creating a reciprocal
relationship which should be mentioned on a company’s reporting activity. This project
aims to understand how company measures stakeholder impact and the communication
channels they use that sustain this relationship, with focus on the reality of a renewable
energy company. By analysing the obtained data and the current literature, the final
ultimate goal is to build recommendations to assess impact which could lead to better
strategic decisions in this particular reality, that could be extended to the whole industry.
