Resumo(s)
Selecting a new international market for a firm is a critical strategic choice
that demands a thorough evaluation of its viability. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of
Rwanda's potential as a destination for expanding the company's operations. The General
Manager’s keen interest in this country stems from its centrality in the African continent and
Lightning Density Activity, which significantly influences the company's growth. Still, aside
from this interest, an analytical approach is required to understand Rwanda's value proposition
for this industry, reviewing significant determinants of international market selection, including
contacts, competition, market and company sales potential, and entry conditions.
