In the face of climate change and the urgent need for a green transition, the automotive industry
is undergoing profound economic changes. This study explores Quattro Motors’ Team
experiences during 26 rounds of a 3-week Industry Masters® simulation in the context of
electrification. Despite originating from a virtual simulation, this work emphasizes the essential
role of effective team dynamics and leadership. It includes an in-depth analysis of Quattro
Motors’ challenges, strategy execution, and achievements, as well as a personal reflection on
two critical leadership events at individual and team levels.
