Resumo(s)

Nescafé is one of the main coffee brands within Nestlé and in the world. This thesis seeks to explore how a multinational such as Nestlé has implemented a plan to improve sustainability issues observed along its coffee supply chain, and building on this, how through the engagement of all relevant stakeholders it can seek to become a leader in the transition towards sustainable food systems. Lastly, how Nestlé can utilise the Nescafé Plan to communicate with investors keen on investing into sustainable companies and avoid being accused of greenwashing is explore.
