This consulting project aims to strategize the best response plan for Macau’s hospitality industry players to activate in a pandemic crisis similar to Covid-19. As such, the industry is segmented in three, according to hotel’s business models. For the Integrated Casino Resorts segment, data from The Parisian Macao, representative hotel, is analyzed qualitative ly and quantitively through Scenario Planning and Analysis that comprise three hypothesis–Operating normally, Joining the government designated hotels quarantine list and Joining the optional hotels quarantine list. The study suggests that in a pandemic crisis similar to Covid-19, Integrated Casino Resorts, such asThe Parisian Macao, should join the optional quarantine list.
