Resumo(s)
The purpose of this Work Project is to present a real case-study that provides insights and a practical example on to solve part of the challenges faced by a start-up in the beverage industry through the application of the Value Creation Wheel meta-framework. Some of the problems that will be tackled are encompassed by a market analysis, the creation of a value proposition and identification of the most suited country to start internationalizing.
