O presente trabalho possui como escopo elucidar se o compliace
nas empresas multinacionais vem sendo utilizado para de fato melhorar a
ambiência corporativa para estar em conformidade com princípios éticos
e legais ou apenas como instrumento necessário para evitar multas dos
órgãos fiscalizadores e conseguir firmar contratos públicos e privados
pelo mundo afora. Para isso, é importante entender o que é o compliance,
seu reflexo nos casos mais emblemáticos, as principais legislações
aplicadas atualmente a nível global, qual sua importância no âmbito
internacional e nas empresas que possuem negócios a nível mundial, e
como essas têm implementado na prática seu sistema de conformidade.
The present work aims to elucidate whether compliace in multinational companies has been used to actually improve the corporate ambience to be in compliance with ethical and legal principles or just as a necessary instrument to avoid fines from the regularion agencies and to be able to sign public and private contracts around the world. For this, it is important to understand what compliance is, its reflection in the most emblematic cases, the main legislation currently applied at a global level, what is its importance at the international level and in companies that have businesses worldwide, and how these have been implemented in practice your compliance system.
