The fourth chapter starts by grouping the twelve recommendations given into three areas: Impact, which includes the implementation of a balanced scorecard, partnerships for beneficiaries and a support group, followed by the initiatives related to the organizational restructuring, including organogram changes, job description, training for middle managers, as well as a meeting charter, and finally the recommendations on the hybrid activities, containing a value proposition proposal, and a marketing mix for the services. Additionally, it was developed a detailed implementation roadmap for every group of recommendations, which intends to give temporal guidelines to help the organization materialize its transformation.
