A comunicação organizacional é uma área de investigação multidisciplinar, integrando o leque de problemas de gestão e curadoria de informação. A falta de clareza e transparência da informação afeta negativamente a comunicação nas organizações, dado que produz impacto nos colaboradores, levando a desperdício de tempo e produtividade. Assim a curadoria tem um papel importante ao contribuir para a estruturação, propagar as informações e impulsionar o fluxo de conteúdos, visando mitigar as falhas antes de produzir o conhecimento. Neste sentido, esta dissertação analisa o caso da Siemens Brasil, apresentando10 questões de investigação com o objetivo de conhecer quais foram as mudanças mais significativas que aconteceram com a comunicação na organização, os canais que utilizam, compreender como é realizada a comunicação da informação, os possíveis fatores que podemos afetar a comunicação dessa organização. As hipóteses estudadas pretendem avaliar se o papel do gestor da curadoria de informação dentro da organização é essencial, levando em consideração se a gestão da informação e curadoria poderão contribuir para melhoria do processo, avaliando as novas tendências da tecnologia e tendo em visto a importância dos indicadores que são relevantes. Identificadas as mudanças nos últimos 10 anos e as perspectivas futuras, conclui-se que a comunicação organizacional pode ser melhorada com estratégias de gestão e curadoria de informação. Propõem-se ferramentas e processos de melhoria para que a organização e os respectivos colaboradores possam desenvolver processos de gestão de informação transparente e dessa maneira a comunicação ficar mais clara e confiável.
Organizational communication is a multidisciplinary research area, integrating the range of management and information curation problems. The lack of clarity and transparency of information negatively affects communication in associations, as it has an impact on employees, leading to a waste of time and productivity. Thus, curatorship has an important role in contributing to structuring, propagation information, and boosting the flow of content, it defines mitigating as failures before producing knowledge. In this sense, this dissertation analyzes the case of Siemens Brazil, to raise 10 research investigation to know which were the most important changes that happened with communication in the organization, the channels they use, understanding how information communication is carried out, possible factors that may affect the communication of that organization. The studied hypotheses aim to assess whether the role of the information curation manager within the organization is essential, taking into account the information management and curation that contributes to improving the process, assessing how new trends in technology, and considering the importance of relevant indicators. Identified as changes in the last 10 years and as future perspectives, it is concluded that organizational communication can be improved with information management and curation. Improvement tools and processes are proposed so that the organization and relevant employees can develop transparent information management processes, and, in this way, the communication becomes clearer and more reliable.
