| dc.description.abstract | This work project develops an impact assessment model for dNovo, a Portuguese non-profit organisation addressing unemployment among educated individuals over 50 years. It explores societal ageing, employment challenges, and dNovo's strategic initiatives. Using the ABC – Attitude Model (Jain 2014) and Bronfenbrenner's (1979) socio-ecological framework, the work project proposes a multifaceted toolkit to assess individual, organizational, and societal impacts of the company. The study highlights dNovo's alignment with global sustainability efforts, revealing its contribution to reducing age-related inequalities, and addresses the assessment of the organization’s impact, contributing to the development of the organization’s mission. | pt_PT |
