| dc.description.abstract | The startup ToBe offers software solutions for the innovative data transfer technology Li-Fi. To grow further, the company aims to identify the potential of its Li-Fi Geolocation service for the retail sector. In this context, this project aims to advise ToBe based on insights from qualitative expert interviews along with qualitative and quantitative shopper insights. The project focus is on multi-brand sporting goods retail. Recommendations include prioritization and improvement opportunities of the service's features, together with suggestions for value proposition and implementation.
