| dc.description.abstract | This essay deals with the juridical problems related with violence associated with sports. Begining with an historical analysis of the violent situations, with brief sociological references, we’ll try to reach conclusions regarding the evolution of the phenomenon. | dc.description.abstract | Essa dissertação trata os problemas jurídicos relacionados com a violência associada ao desporto. Partindo de uma análise histórica das ocorrências violentas, com pequenas referências sociológicas, procuraremos retirar conclusões sobre a evolução do fenómeno. Uma breve referência de direito comparado ajudar-nos-á a entender as medidas preconizadas pelo legislador português, procurando proceder a uma análise crítica da legislação, quer repressiva, quer preventiva do fenómeno. | pt_PT |
