This study analyses the Impacts of business model innovation (BMI) on the performance of the digital health startup (DHS) in Pakistan from Lahore and Karachi. Utilizing the convergent mixed-methods approach, the study explores 3 dimensions of BMI, Value Proposition Innovation (VaPe), Value Creation Innovation (VaCr), and Value Creation Innovation (VaCr) and their individual & collective impacts on the performance of digital health startup (DHS). A quantitative survey of 101digital health (DH) personnels and qualitative interviews of 8 CEOs of health-tech startups from Pakistan reveal that all three innovation dimensions positively impact the performance, with value creation emerging as
the strongest predictor. The findings underscore the strategic importance of adapting Business Model (BM) in resource-constrained environments and provide actionable insights for health-tech entrepreneurs in the emerging markets.
