This study analyzes the performance of a simulated automotive company, EVolva, within a three-week business simulation. It examines the company's strategy, marketing, and innovation capabilities as it navigates the disruptive electric vehicle market. This project also provides a personal reflection on two critical incidents from the simulation, offering insights into leadership challenges, team conflict, and personal growth. It reveals how balancing professional goals with emotional intelligence is crucial for turning operational challenges into opportunities for resilience and improved team dynamics.
