Hotels in Portugal and Spain. Navigating the dynamic hospitality landscape, the proposal
addresses challenges such as innovative business models and effective integrated marketing
communication strategies, aiming to provide strategic recommendations aligned with market
trends to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, emphasis on the significance
of the marketing mix process and physical evidence will be given, proposing strategies to
optimise service delivery and enhance customer experiences at select Food & Beverage outlets.
