This thesis examines EVolva, a fictional company in the automotive industry, led by a cross cultural team of executives. It analyzes the company’s performance through three functions: Strategy, Human Resources Management, and Innovation, highlighting the interconnections between them and exploring the electrification and sustainability challenges facing the industry. The study validates theory through comparisons with real-life industry practices. Additionally, the thesis reflects on two critical incidents involving EVolva’s executive team, analyzing team dynamics, the student’s personal role and concluding with lessons relevant to future professional contexts.
