dc.description.abstract	The Tejo Bay Industrial Museum (MIBdT) is a corporate museum located in the municipality of Barreiro. It opened its doors in 2004 under the aegis of the company Quimiparque and deals with the history of Companhia União Fabril (C.U.F.) and Quimigal and its presence in Barreiro, being the only museum entity identified as such in the municipality. The permanent exhibition of the MIBdT is the product of several years of work without a programmatic document connecting the various museum functions with its expository program. Over the years, items were accumulated and integrated into the exhibition until 2009 when a full review was first made to determine the best way to present the company's existing collection, which at the time was still Quimiparque. While touring the permanent exhibition, the intention is that the visitors will be able to perceive what the industrial complex was and its importance at a national level. Determining what interpretive processes the objects provide is one of the main issues at the origin of my approach. Through a diagnostic methodology for museological programming and an adequate bibliography for the theme, an investigation was made at the Documentation Center of the Tejo Bay Industrial Museum (CDMIBdT). Documents, photographs, drawings and plans were analyzed, allowing us to look at the evolution of the building and its history. Next, an interview was conducted with former workers of C.U.F. and Quimigal, and interviews with those who designed and planned the permanent exhibition. To better understand the exhibition area in a museum context, a diagnosis was made of the permanent exhibition that allowed me, through the collected data, to present a (re) programming proposal. This project work is intended to be a contribution to the MIBdT, as an open document that can generate and help to introduce new ideas and make possible new paths to the Museum.	pt_PT
dc.description.abstract	O Museu Industrial da Baía do Tejo (MIBdT) é um museu de empresa situado no concelho do Barreiro. Abriu portas no ano de 2004 sob a égide da empresa Quimiparque e trata da história da Companhia União Fabril (C.U.F.) e da Quimigal e a da sua presença no Barreiro, sendo a única entidade museal identificada como tal no município. A exposição permanente do MIBdT é o reflexo de vários anos de trabalho sem um documento programático que aglutine as várias funções museológicas com o seu programa expositivo. Os objetos foram-se juntando e integrando na exposição até que em 2009 surge a primeira reflexão sobre o modo de expor a coleção existente da empresa, na altura Quimiparque. Através da visita à exposição permanente, pretende-se que os visitantes consigam perceber o que foi este complexo industrial e a sua importância a nível nacional. Que processos interpretativos é que os objetos lhes proporcionam é uma das questões principais na origem da minha abordagem. Através da metodologia de diagnóstico à programação museológica e de bibliografia adequada para o tema, foi feita uma investigação no Centro de Documentação do Museu Industrial da Baía do Tejo (CDMIBdT). Foram analisados documentos, fotografias, desenhos e plantas que permitiram olhar a evolução do edifício e sua história. Seguidamente foram efetuadas entrevista a antigos trabalhadores da C.U.F. e Quimigal, e entrevistas a quem projetou e planificou a exposição permanente. Para melhor entender a área expositiva em contexto museal, foi feito um diagnóstico à exposição permanente que me permitiu, através dos dados recolhidos, apresentar uma proposta de (re)programação. Este trabalho de projeto pretende ser um contributo para o MIBdT, como um documento em aberto que pode gerar e ajudar a introduzir novas ideias e possibilitar novos caminhos ao Museu.	pt_PT
