This dissertation infers that there is a triangulation between the United States, Saudi Arabia and Israel operating in the Middle East regional context through the formation of alliances, so as to be able to respond to conflicts in the region. In this sense, a diachronic analysis has in account the period between the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 and the end of the second term of Barack Obama in 2016. In order to understand the functioning of this triangulation this investigation reflects about its structure, its policies and the conflictual nature of the Middle East, as well as the impact of the notion of identity on the composition of the regional panorama are considered. With regard to the effort to build a peace process, must be perceived not only the joint political action of triangulation, but also a commitment at the level of the international community, seeking to end human losses and material damages, among others.
