Este trabalho de projeto busca mapear critérios de revisão, subjacentes a testes de
candidatura para vagas nessa área, que possam guiar revisores – iniciantes ou experientes
– numa prática profissional mais estruturada e fundamentada. Para isso, o trabalho é
dividido em três partes: na primeira, é feito o levantamento teórico acerca da profissão no
ambiente acadêmico e no mercado de trabalho; na segunda, são apresentados os textos
que integram o corpus da pesquisa bem como são conhecidos os níveis de revisão que
guiarão as análises; no terceiro e último, é feita uma síntese baseada na informação
encontrada nas partes um e dois do trabalho, de força a oferecer, na prática, algumas
recomendações para aqueles envolvidos no universo da revisão: os próprios revisores,
clientes e professores.
This work project aims to map the proofreading criteria underlying application tests for jobs in this area that can guide proofreaders – beginners or experienced – with a more structured and grounded professional practice. For this, the work is divided in three sections: the first part introduces a theoretical survey about the profession in the academic environment and in the labor market; the second part presents the texts that integrate the research corpus, as well as the proofreading levels that will guide the analyzes; the third and last part leads to a synthesis based on the data found in parts one and two to offer, in practice, some recommendations for those involved with the proofreading universe: the proofreaders themselves, clients and teachers.
