O presente trabalho pretende reflectir sobre o modo como os instrumentos
musicais podem ser trabalhados e comunicados enquanto tema central de uma
exposição de um museu, mais concretamente na exposição permanente do Museu
Nacional da Música (Lisboa).
Tendo em conta esse objectivo, este trabalho começa por caracterizar o Museu
Nacional da Música, avaliando/diagnosticando a sua exposição permanente, tendo já por
base a proposta de programa expositivo realizada para esta instituição por Rui Pedro
Nunes, em 2012, para em seguida procurar perceber as alterações que esta exposição
sofreu desde então.
Partindo das principais conclusões resultantes dessa fase preparatória, o trabalho
ambiciona desenvolver um conceito de exposição, produzindo um guião consolidado
numa proposta de reprogramação da exposição permanente do Museu Nacional da
Música.
Com a proposta apresentada, pretende-se, essencialmente, fornecer algumas
linhas direccionais que possam ser trabalhados a partir de um conhecimento mais
aprofundado das colecções do museu e assume-se como objectivo principal a produção
de um modelo de exposição que possa corresponder às expectativas do Museu Nacional
da Música, bem como projectá-lo enquanto instituição museal de futuro.
Este trabalho não adopta o Acordo Otográfico de 1990.
The present work intends to reflect on how the musical instruments can be worked and communicated as the central theme of a museum exhibition, more concretely in the permanent exhibition of the Museu Nacional da Música (Lisbon). Taking this objective into account, this work begins by characterizing the Museu Nacional da Música, evaluating/diagnosing its permanent exhibition, based on the proposal of an exhibition program held for this institution by Rui Pedro Nunes in 2012, perceiving the changes that this exhibition has suffered since then. Based on the main conclusions of this preparatory phase, the work aims to develop a concept of exhibition, producing a consolidated guide in a proposal for reprogramming the permanent exhibition of the Museu Nacional da Música. With the proposal presented, the main intent is to provide some directional lines that can be worked out by a more in-depth knowledge of the museum's collections and the main objective is the production of an exhibition model that may correspond to the expectations of the Museu Nacional da Música, as well as projecting it as a future museum institution. The Portuguese Orthographic Agreement (1990) is not adopted in this work.
