Neste trabalho de projeto estudou-se o manual de História da 7.ª classe do ensino angolano, particularmente o glossário que o manual comporta. Partiu-se do pressuposto de que o género textual glossário e as suas práticas sociais não estão totalmente parametrizadas. Desta feita recorreu-se à definição de género, enquadrada na linguística do texto e do discurso, no sentido de institucionalizar a atividade discursiva deste género e facilitar a análise do trabalho. Por se tratar de um género incluído, a análise dos termos nos diferentes espaços do manual (epitexto e peritexto) foi feita mediante as relações intertextuais propriamente a paratextulidade. Uma vez que o trabalho de projeto é realizado no âmbito da Consultoria e Revisão Linguística, a sua materialização igualmente dependeu dos instrumentos de normalização linguística. Detetou-se inconformidades no glossário relativamente à situação de comunicação, à contextualização entre os espaços peritextual e epitextual, à mudança da classe das palavras e outras. Consequentemente, em forma de contribuição desenvolveu-se uma planificação da organização textual do glossário melhorando alguns elementos deste instrumento do manual em estudo. Na conclusão do projeto adiantaram-se algumas recomendações ao órgão de tutela da produção dos manuais de ensino em Angola.
In this project, it was studied the History handbook of the 7th Grade of the Angolan Education System, particularly the glossary that the manual contains. It was assumed that the glossary textual genre and its social practices are not fully parameterized. We therefore resorted to the definition of gender, fallen within the scope of linguistics of the text and discourse, in the sense of institutionalizing the discursive activity of this genre and facilitate the analysis of the work. Since it is an included gender, the analysis of the words in the different spaces of the manual (epitext and peritext) was made through inter-textual relations, specifically paratextuality. Since the project is carried out within the scope of the Linguistic Revision and Consultancy, its materialization also depended on the linguistic standardization instruments. It was detected non-conformities in the glossary regarding the communication situation, the contextualisation between the peritextual and epithextual spaces, the change of the words categories and others. Consequently, in the form of contribution, it was developed a planning framework of the glossary textual organization, this improving some elements of the tool of the manual under study. At the conclusion of the project, some recommendations were made to the body responsible for producing the teaching manuals in Angola.
