Blockchain in the Lending and Insurance industry for Financial inclusivity
One of the most disruptive ideas to have emerged in recent times is the concept of distributed
networks and ledgers more commonly called as Blockchains and smart contracts. The study
focuses on the application of Blockchain and Smart contracts in the transformation of the
Personal loan and car Insurance industries both theoretically as well as empirically. The
findings of the report can be directly applied to the Fintech startup that I am working for. The
findings suggests that Blockchain can solve the problem of credit invisibility and also
expedite the financial processes that exist.
