Este documento detalha o trabalho realizado do estágio curricular no serviço de proteção civil municipal de Coimbra, no âmbito do mestrado em Ciências e Sistemas de Informação geográfica.
O estágio decorreu entre Janeiro e Junho de 2018, sendo que durante este período foi maioritariamente elaborada cartografia relativa às faixas de gestão de combustível secundárias, tendo para isso, sido necessário identificar os aglomerados populacionais bem como os edifícios isolados da cidade.
Foi também produzida informação geográfica no âmbito do Plano Municipal de Defesa da Floresta Contra Incêndios e do Plano Operacional Municipal, assim como Cartografia de Apoio à decisão relativa a este último plano.
A cartografia produzida variou consoante o publico alvo, sendo que as plantas das faixas de gestão inicialmente criadas se destinaram a servir de informação para os cidadãos do concelho, e as plantas criadas posteriormente à elaboração do PMDFCI se destinaram aos concursos públicos criados em prol da limpeza das faixas
Este estágio focou-se totalmente no sector florestal, devido às caraterísticas devido ao Orçamento de Estado para o ano 2018, e nova legislação consequente, desencadeada pelos incêndios de grandes dimensões ocorridos em 2017.
This document details the work done at the curriculum internship at the municipal civil protection service of Coimbra, within the framework of the master's degree in Geographical Information Systems and Sciences. The traineeship took place between January and June 2018, during which time cartography on the secondary fuel management areas was drawn up and it was necessary to identify clusters as well as isolated buildings in the city. Geographical information was also produced within the scope of the Municipal Forest Fire Protection Plan and the Municipal Operational Plan, as well as Cartography to support the decision on the latter plan. The cartography produced varied according to the target public, as such, the maps of the management areas initially created were intended to serve as information to the citizens of the municipality, and the plants created after the preparation of the PMDFCI were destined to public tenders created for the sake of cleanliness of the tracks This internship focused entirely on the forestry sector, due to the municipality characteristics and to the State Budget for 2018, and new legislation consequent, triggered by the large fires that occurred in 2017.
