This report was written following the Supervised Teaching Practice carried out under the Master's Degree in Teaching Music Education in Basic Education (5th and 6th grades of Basic Education) of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Nova University of Lisbon. This report describes my progress as a trainee teacher of Music Education in a School of Basic Education in the outskirts of Lisbon, in the academic year 2017/2018, exposing descriptions, planification and critical reflections on several classes, including the presentation and substantiation of behaviours of the teacher and students in the classroom. It portrays the development of two projects in the school, one of them with a multicultural and interdisciplinary perspective, and considers the importance of the collaboration of the school community in their implementation. It also reports my participation in a research project on the evaluation of an online platform that serves as a resource for teachers of Music Education. This report focuses on several pedagogical aspects of musical learning, such as movement and instrumental practice. However, it lays more emphasis on singing and the musical and cultural characteristics of the repertoire. With this report, I hope to offer the community related to Music Education new ideas for conducting dynamic classes that involve vocal practice, expressive movement and / or instrumental practice, provide an incentive for the implementation of musical projects within the school and to sensitize the richness of traditional Portuguese music and traditional music from other richness of traditional Portuguese music and traditional music from other
