O presente Relatório de Estágio descreve duas fases de recolha de informação referente à forma como as instituições europeias responderam aos impactos da ‘Primavera Árabe’ e da crise migratória, no quadro das suas relações bilaterais de solidariedade, justiça e cumprimentos dos Direitos Humanos.
A primeira parte deste relatório tem por base uma reflexão teórica, que permite a análise das consequências da ‘Primavera Árabe’ na aplicação de políticas europeias em matéria de asilo e no cumprimento dos mais fundamentais direitos humanos da população que procura refúgio no continente europeu. A segunda parte reflete a atividade desenvolvida no Gabinete de Integração Profissional do Conselho Português para os Refugiados, assim como a participação no projeto de apoio à integração profissional de refugiados chegados a Portugal, ao abrigo do Programa Europeu de Recolocação.
This Traineeship Report describes two phases of data research on how the European institutions responded to the impacts of the 'Arabic Spring' and the migratory crisis through bilateral relations of solidarity, justice and respect of Human Rights. The first part of this report is based on a theoretical reflection, which allows an analysis of the consequences of the 'Arab Spring' in the implementation of European asylum policies and the fulfillment of the most fundamental human rights of the population that looks for shelter on the European continent. The second part goes back to the activity carried out in the Office of Professional Integration of the Portuguese Council for Refugees, as well as the participation in a project meant to support the professional integration of refugees arriving in Portugal, under the European Replacement Program.
