Nesta dissertação, cujo título é Concepção de uma Base e Dados Terminológica para o Ministério da Administração o Território “BDT-MAT”, abordar-se-ão aspectos teóricos e práticos sobre as necessidades institucionais do ministério em causa,em matéria de organização e harmonização terminológica, com vista à criação de uma base de dados terminológica, para suprir carências em termos de correcçãolinguística e consistência nos documentos utilizados e produzidos na referida instituição.
Neste trabalho de investigação, a abordagem às ciências da Terminologia e da Informática remetem-nos para a necessidade de demonstrar de que forma estas duas áreas se cruzam e se inter-relacionam, para suprir uma necessidade de melhoria da informação, através da concepção de um produto terminológico elaborado a partir da observação de problemas linguísticos reais, no domínio da administração do território.
Em concreto, centramo-nos na melhoria da gestão da informação de especialidade do MAT e na sistematização de termos dispersos que criam ambiguidades e discordâncias entre os usuários da língua portuguesa, em Angola.
In this dissertation, whose title is Conception of a Terminological Database for Ministry of Administration of Territory “BDT-MAT”, theoretical and practical aspects will be approached on the institutional necessities, of the of the concerned ministry, in terms of organization and terminological harmonization, in order to the creation of a terminological database it will supply the lacks in terms of linguistic correction and consistency in documents used and produced in the referred institution. In this research, the approach to the sciences of terminology and computer science sends them for the necessity to demonstrate of that it forms these two areas are crossed and they are interrelated will supply a necessity of improvement of information, through the conception of an elaborated terminological product from the comment of real linguistic problems, in the domain of the administration of the territory. Specifically, we focus on improving the management of speciality information of the MAT and in the systematization of dispersed terms that create ambiguities and disagreement among users of the Portuguese language in Angola.
