The present Work Project shows how Operations Processes can be relevant regarding the way the service is delivered creating value through customer experience. The project purpose is to analyze the overall Operation Process in a customer-focused approach and suggest Outsourcing opportunities that will allow the operational worker to focus on offer a personalized service to each customer. Through this paper was conducted a Service Blueprinting process approach and optimization suggestions were made for process standardization. In conclusion, the decision falls on Outsourcing the support processes fully justified and supported with several arguments.
