| Resumo: | Following a theoretical perspective of the COBIT 5 framework, this project aims to analyse, first of all, the processes presented by this framework and to build a model which allows the determination of the key processes that influence the achievement of enterprise goals. The main principle is to study the influence that each process has on IT-related goals and, moreover, indirectly in the enterprise goals. This approach is generic, as COBIT 5, and for this reason, the study of the maturity levels was added to create dependency from the different businesses realities. This project goes beyond established classifications by translating these to numeric data, enabling the development of a model to calculate the current and potential influence each process has on enterprise goals for an organization. In order to promote an alignment between IT and the business, this project is developed following the cascade system created by ISACA to certify the linkages between every level inside an organization. Matching the relationships created, the processes’ influence and its maturity, this project drives the organization one step forward in the creation of the corporate BSC and the alignment between IT and the business. |
