The work here reported focuses on the establishment of an agriculture family business on an estate in Northern Portugal owned by a family (the Silva), with the intention of assisting the family to avoid potential inheritance dispute. The family business was projected based on extensive literature review, along with the advice of experienced people in the agricultural sector in Portugal, a country with a suitable climate for the development of several cultures. The available cultivable soil make it possible for the Silva family to create a profitable lemon plantation.
