Resumo(s)
Paradoxes are present and persistent in organisations, regardless of their size, and must be
managed not eliminated. Tech Open Air is facing challenges that a start-up has in the growth
stage: high ambitions but little structure in their management. An ambidextrous approach in the
organisation, learning to exploit the present and explore the future simultaneously will allow
them to succeed and fulfil their objectives. If it succeeds, Tech Open Air will be able to adapt
in new markets, react quickly to new opportunities, nevertheless create alignment within
internal resources and existing operations. If it does not, it risks financial sustainability and
therefore its future.
