Esta dissertação enquadra-se no mestrado em Ciência Política e Relações
Internacionais, na especialização em Relações Internacionais. Tem por objetivo dar uma
visão, naturalmente muito abrangente, clara e geral acerca da Comunidade de Países
Língua Portuguesa, e mais específicamente da sua situação e evolução em termos de
segurança e defesa, debatendo e analisando as questões de segurança e defesa inerentes
à região tendo em conta a sua influência num mundo complexo e globalizado, composto
por uma variedade e diversidade de atores e cenários.
This dissertation is part of the master's degree in Political Science and International Relations, on specialization in International Relations. This study aims to give a clear and comprehensive and general vision about the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community, and more specifically, their situation and evolution in terms of security and defense, debating and analyzing the security and defense issues inherence to the region having regard to their influence in a complex and globalized world, compose of a variety and diversity of actors and contexts.
