Resumo(s)
Como sabemos as relações que se estabelecem entre países, sejam elas por motivos
diplomáticos, econômicos, culturais ou sociais, são fundamentais para os interesses dos
mesmos.
Perante isto, para que determinada nação tenha sucesso nas relações internacionais, é
necessário que o Estado elabore um conjunto de objetivos e posições, capazes de
constituir uma política externa forte e de confiança.
É neste sentido que surge o presente trabalho com o intuito de perceber e caracterizar, as
ações políticas do Brasil nos Governos de FHC e Lula, identificando ferramentas
estratégicas e diplomáticas utilizadas para alcançar os objetivos propostos.
As we know, the relationship established between countries, whether by diplomatic, economic, cultural or social reasons, are fundamental to the interests of all involved. Therefor, it is necessary that the State develops a plan of actions and statments, either to build a strong and confident foreign policy and also to let each particular nation succeed in International relations. The present work is thought in order to understand and characterize the Brazilian political acts during FHC's and Lula's goverments, identifying strategic and diplomatic tools used to achieve the proposed plan..
