No presente Relatório de Estágio são descritos os conhecimentos que adquiri sobre a área das edições escolares, assim como as atividades e tarefas por mim efetuadas durante o estágio curricular realizado entre outubro de 2015 e março de 2016 na Texto Editores, atual Texto, pertencente ao Grupo Editorial LeYa.
Para além disso, sendo a Texto uma editora cujo foco principal são as edições escolares, ao longo do relatório são abordados tópicos cujo tema principal é, também ele, as edições escolares. Começando por uma breve descrição da editora e da sua representação no mercado editorial escolar português, assim como uma breve abordagem de algumas questões importantes sobre este mercado. Seguindo, depois, para uma descrição do percurso de produção de um livro escolar, chegando, por fim, à descrição das tarefas realizadas durante o estágio.
In the present report is described the knowledge I acquired about the textbook publishing industry, as well as the activities and tasks given to me during the curricular internship taken from October 2015 to March 2016 at Texto, currently belonging to LeYa Editorial Group. Besides, being Texto a publisher whose main focus are school textbooks, throughout this report, the topics addressed are also mainly focused on textbook publishing. Beginning with a brief description of Texto and its representation in the textbook industry, as well as a brief approach of a few important questions about this market. Following right after with a description of the course of production of a school textbook and, finally, describing some of the tasks given to me during the internship.
