Desafios da tradução jurídica de Alemão para Português

Neste relatório é feita uma descrição minuciosa do local de estágio em alemão
(Procuradoria-Geral da República), das actividades desenvolvidas e do método de
trabalho. O enquadramento teórico da reflexão aqui apresentada assenta em quatro
vertentes: 1 – competência tradutória, 2 – língua de especialidade, 3 – tipologia de
dificuldades, 4 – pressupostos de conhecimento prévios à elaboração de uma tradução
jurídica e 5 – deontologia do tradutor. Segue-se a descrição da metodologia de
trabalho seguida das conclusões a que se chegou.
This report consists of a detailed description of the traineeship in German translation at the Attorney General's Office, the activities that took place and the working method. The theoretical framework of the reflection here presented is based on four areas: 1 - translation skills, 2 - special language, 3 – types of difficulties, 4 - required knowledge for a legal translation and 5 - ethics of the translator. Finally, a description of the working method, followed by the conclusions.
