The documentary is organized around seven interviews with researchers, conservationists, fishermen and other people with their past linked to the Arrábida sea. The Documentary tells the story of this marine protected area (first in Portugal), highlighting the sometimes-conflicting visions of the different protagonists, but revealing the result of marine life conservation measures. The interviews were conducted in places that can emphasize the history of the characters, and in the documentary, much of the interview would be in voice-over and images of marine life (fauna and flora) also help to tell the story. It was important to accompany biologists during fieldwork to understand what scientific projects are being carried out in the region to help in the conservation and growth of this Marine Park
