Este relatório documenta o trabalho de pesquisa e reflexão efetuado durante a
encenação de uma obra teatral que constitui o trabalho de projeto do Mestrado em
Artes Cénicas com o qual desenvolvi uma reflexão sobre a relação entre o teatro
comunitário e o bem-estar social.
O trabalho desenvolveu-se a partir da encenação da peça A Rua do Inferno, de Antonio
OnetÝ, num ambiente de teatro amador (Teatro Meia Via), cuja estrutura pretende que
a cultura, e neste caso em particular o teatro, seja também parte ativa no bem-estar
coletivo da sua comunidade.
A realização do trabalho implicou uma pesquisa sobre conceitos e práticas que se
traduzem no relatório, com uma secção reflexiva sobre temas como: o realismo no
teatro, o teatro comunitário e o teatro amador, o valor artístico, e o bem-estar social,
sendo este último um assunto central da peça de teatro que foi encenada.
This report documents the research and reflection work carried out during the staging of a theatrical work that constitutes the project work of the Master's Degree in Performing Arts with which I developed a reflection on the relationship between community theatre and social welfare. The work was developed from the staging of the play A Rua do Inferno, by Antonio OnetÝ, in an amateur theater environment (Teatro Meia Via), whose structure intends that culture, and in this particular case theater, is also an active part in the collective well-being of its community.
