Com os crescentes laços económicos entre a China e Angola, especialmente no âmbito da iniciativa “Uma Faixa, Uma Rota”, os intercâmbios e a cooperação entre os dois países têm vindo a aprofundar-se nos domínios político, económico, cultural e outros. Sendo a língua oficial de Angola, o português tornou-se uma língua fundamental para as empresas chinesas fazerem negócios e localizarem as suas operações no país. Embora a língua desempenhe um papel importante na comunicação intercultural, as empresas chinesas em Angola enfrentam sérias barreiras linguísticas e problemas de adaptação cultural, que não só limitam a sua eficiência de gestão e a qualidade da tomada de decisões, como também afetam a comunicação eficaz com os empregados, clientes e parceiros locais. Através de um inquérito por questionário e da análise de dados dos trabalhadores de empresas chinesas em Angola, este estudo explora sistematicamente o papel específico do ensino da língua portuguesa para negócios na melhoria das competências de comunicação intercultural, no reforço da adaptação cultural e na promoção da criação de equipas multiculturais. Os resultados do estudo mostram que o ensino do português para negócios não só melhora efetivamente as competências linguísticas dos trabalhadores, como também aumenta a sua sensibilidade e adaptabilidade à comunicação intercultural, o que, por sua vez, melhora a comunicação interna e o desenvolvimento de negócios internacionais da empresa. Além disso, a formação linguística tem um efeito particularmente significativo na promoção da gestão intercultural, especialmente na criação de equipas multiculturais e na formação da imagem internacional da empresa. Com base nestas conclusões, o presente texto propõe recomendações para promover o desenvolvimento sustentável do ensino da língua portuguesa, incluindo a formulação de planos de ensino a longo prazo, a atualização do conteúdo dos cursos de modo a satisfazer as necessidades em constante mudança das empresas, a criação de redes de cooperação educativa internas e externas, e o estabelecimento de um mecanismo de avaliação científica e de feedback para a formação linguística. Estas recomendações têm como objetivo ajudar as empresas chinesas em Angola a enfrentar melhor com os desafios interculturais, a conseguir uma comunicação e colaboração mais eficientes e a aumentar a sua competitividade e influência no mercado global. Através deste estudo, espera-se fornecer apoio teórico e orientação prática para a gestão intercultural das empresas chinesas em Angola e noutros países lusófonos, bem como fornecer conhecimentos e referências úteis para o desenvolvimento do ensino do português para negócios.

As the official language of Angola, Portuguese has become a fundamental language for Chinese companiesto conduct business and establish their operations in the country. Although language playsacrucial role in intercultural communication, Chinese companies in Angola face significant language barriers and cultural adaptation challenges, which not only limit their management efficiency and decision-making quality but also affect effective communication with employees, clients, and local partners. Through a questionnaire survey and data analysis of employees in Chinese companies in Angola, this study systematically explores the specific role of teaching Portugueseforbusiness purposes in improving intercultural communication skills, enhancing cultural adaptation, and fostering the development of multicultural teams. The study’s findingsindicate that business Portuguese education not only effectively improves employees’language skills but also increases their sensitivity and adaptability to intercultural communication, which in turn enhances internal communication and the international business development of companies. Additionally, language training has a particularlysignificant effect on promoting intercultural management, especially in the creationofmulticultural teams and the development of the company’s international image. Based on these findings, this paper proposes recommendations to promotethesustainable development of Portuguese language education, including the formulationoflong-term teaching plans, the updating of course content to meet the ever-changing needsofcompanies, the establishment of internal and external educational cooperation networks, andthe creation of a scientific evaluation and feedback mechanism for language training. Theserecommendations aim to help Chinese companies in Angola better cope with intercultural vi challenges, achieve more efficient communication and collaboration, and enhancetheircompetitiveness and influence in the global market. Through this study, it is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the intercultural management of Chinese companies in Angola and other Portuguese-speaking countries, as well as offervaluable insights and references for the development of business Portuguese education.
