Beneath the allure of fashion events lies a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
where coordination, timing, and adaptability are essential. This study investigates
the role of Project Management practices in this unique context, examining their
adoption, challenges, benefits, and shift toward hybrid approaches. By combining
a Systematic Literature Review with qualitative interviews through triangulation,
this research offers a comprehensive view of current PM methodologies. The
paper aims to explore how project management tools can be effectively adapted to
the specific needs of fashion event planning, introducing a hybrid model able to
combine structure with the flexibility required by this dynamic sector.
