Change Makers, a NUCLIO’s project with a maker space in São Domingos de Rana, aims to
empower the community through educational innovation. Previously reliant on European
funding, it now seeks financial sustainability. This thesis analyzes the financial support and
subsidies required to secure financial viability, given the defined value proposition. The final
objective is to position Change Makers as a sustainable project for innovation, learning, and
community engagement, while acknowledging its financial limitations and the need for
financial support.
