Resumo(s)
In an international development sector with boundaries increasingly blurred, consulting firms
must respond to shifts in Official Development Assistance (ODA) and adapt to new emerging
trends. This paper explores how CESO Development Consultants can reinvent its business
model to react to these changes. By using a qualitative research approach, including semi
structured interviews with key industry stakeholders, the study identifies opportunities and
proposes clear recommendations across seven business dimensions including Product, Price,
Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence. The findings provide a strategic plan
for CESO to adjust its business model, strengthen its competitiveness and achieve long-term
growth in an evolving landscape.
