O presente relatório constitui o elemento final de avaliação da componente não-letiva
do mestrado em Ciências de Comunicação, na vertente de Comunicação Estratégica, e
tem como base o estágio curricular que decorreu no centro de investigação Pólo
CIC.Digital da FCSH.
O relatório tem como objetivo descrever as atividades desenvolvidas durante o período
de estágio e apresentar os resultados das pesquisas efetuadas no sentido de
compreender quais as particularidades da aplicação do planeamento estratégico no
contexto dos centros de investigação. Para além da vertente operacional do estágio, o
relatório inclui, ainda, a vertente estratégica que se traduziu no desenvolvimento de um
plano estratégico apoiado nas análises macro e micro da instituição.
O documento pretende, ainda, refletir acerca das aprendizagens alcançadas durante o
estágio e expor as conclusões obtidas no sentido de responder à pergunta de partida do
trabalho.
The following report is the final evaluation element of the Master’s Degree on Communication Sciences with a specialization on Strategic Communication and it is based on the curricular internship which took place in FCSH’s research center, Pólo CIC.Digital. The report’s main goal is to describe the activities performed during the internship period and to present the results of the study developed in an effort to understand the specificities of strategic planning when applied to research units. In addition to the operational part of the internship, the report also includes the strategic component which led to developing a strategic plan based on the institution’s macro and micro analysis. It is also the document’s purpose to reflect upon the internship’s learning process and to expose the conclusions obtained while trying to answer the key question which guided the whole work.
