This work project explores strategic steps for CancerCo, a MedTech start-up, to commercialize
its metastasis-targeting technologies. It analyzes CancerCo’s position within regulatory
frameworks, the competitive landscape, and funding ecosystems, focusing on challenges and
strategies for market entry. By comparing regulatory pathways in the US and EU, assessing
funding strategies, and analyzing competitors, the research proposes an actionable go-to-market
strategy. It concludes with a roadmap for CancerCo’s long-term growth, emphasizing
regulatory navigation, collaborations, and US market positioning. These recommendations aim
to strengthen CancerCo’s market presence and go-to-market strategy toward
commercialization.
