This master thesis, conducted in official collaboration with Lamborghini, examines the
challenges and opportunities associated with financial services in the high-end super sports car
segment. The study emphasizes the necessity of increasing financial service penetration rates
as an alternative to outright payments, addressing the underlying issues that hinder this growth.
Through interviews, it investigates market dynamics and customer needs to provide a
comprehensive understanding of the current landscape. Based on these findings, the thesis
concludes with detailed suggestions and managerial recommendations aimed at addressing
these challenges and optimizing financial service integration.
