Resumo(s)
This study examines the impact of China's recently relaxed visa policies on three key
dimensions: business growth, tourism development, and international talent attraction,
specifically pay attention to the talent attraction section. Using a quantitative analysis with
foreign tourists, the research provides a comprehensive assessment of the policies'
effectiveness and talent attraction. The study's quantitative analysis indicates that awareness
of visa-free policies significantly influences migration intentions among skilled professionals,
although challenges in social adaptation persist.
These findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of migration behavior through the
Push-Pull Theory and Value-Expectancy Framework, while offering practical implications for
policymakers and businesses in maximizing the benefits of visa liberalization.
