The present work project examines the strategic expansion of Oceano Fresco into the
European oyster market, with a focus on the premium O. Edulis segment. It combines market
research, go-to-market strategy development, and financial analysis to evaluate the potential
of entering 3 key markets: France, UK & Ireland. The market analysis identifies opportunities
and risks through tools like PESTLE and Porter’s Five Forces, while the financial model
evaluates profitability and growth potential. Findings highlight sustainability, quality, and
evolving consumer preferences as critical success factors. Recommendations provide a
structured G2M approach.
